For traders Monday will see end of month window dressing and I would think some continued transitioning from tech to value in preparation for 2021 and the post pandemic positioning. We also have an MSCI rebalance.

Covid and vaccine news will continue to overhang the markets globally and may see more importance now earnings season is over.

Investors will focus on the US jobs number at the end of the week. But there are rising concerns about the scarring to the US economy due to the lack of a new stimulus programme and the apparent rift between the Treasury and Fed. Along with worries of more disruptive acts from Trump. Especially as his legal actions are slowly being dismissed.

Ahead of the Non Farm payrolls we get a lot pf PMI data globally along with a number of countries reporting Retail Sales and Inflation data; all of which will be closely watched.
